GTM Consulting was founded by Stewart Beale to leverage over 25 years industry experience working for prestigious Consumer Goods companies including Coca-Cola, AB-Inbev and Carlsberg. He has designed, led, and implemented major commercial transformation projects delivering tangible results.

His career started in Sales, giving him a true understanding of customers, the importance of delivering tailored propositions and delivering a consistent experience. He has since worked right across the spectrum of commercial disciplines including:

• Developing commercial growth strategies that have delivered customer and business value in highly competitive sectors.

• Building Revenue Growth Management capability, leading teams to optimise product, price, promotion, and customer trade terms, enabling him to realise significant profitability improvements in major organisations.

• Leading category management teams to develop category strategies across trade channels and all customer types ranging from major retailers through to independent outlets.

• Running Channel and Customer marketing functions to develop and execute multi-channel customer propositions at all stages of brand and product life cycles from innovation to rejuvenation.

• Deep involvement in operating model and organisational design from small team units to large scope, multi-functional programmes over 1000 heads covering all phases from design to implementation.

• Establishing and embedding Sales Operations capability from scratch to enable sales teams to sell better, faster through efficient business operations, incentivisation design, sales and operational planning, cost reduction and using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.com
